Vinayaka Amin is a 2023 graduate of the University of Southern California (USC), where she earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business. Driven by a strong commitment to social impact and equal access to education, Vinayaka has worked extensively with charities supporting government schools in India, including Akshaya Patra and Pratham. In 2016, Vinayaka traveled to India with Akshaya Patra, where she helped serve meals in schools, ensuring that children received the nourishment necessary to focus on their studies. In 2018, Vinayaka returned to India with Pratham, where she taught English to elementary school students. These experiences deepened her passion for educational equity and sparked a desire to pursue a career advocating for policies that ensure equal educational opportunities for all. Vinayaka is now preparing to attend law school in fall 2025, with the goal of leveraging her business background and commitment to social causes to create lasting change. In her opinion, knowledge will always be the greatest power.
