Tim Kelley served as the Director of the International School of Stuttgart for 17 years and has been a leading educator for over 30 years. Formerly the Head of Ross School in New York, he was also the Headmaster for the Leysin American School in Switzerland. He began his career at the Noble and Greenough School in Dedham

Massachusetts (USA) as an award-winning teacher.  He has a BA from Bowdoin College and an MA from the University of Maine Orono.

He has served as a board member of the Executive Committee for the Swiss Group of International Schools (SGIS), the Chair of the Association of German International Schools (AGIS) Board of Trustees and has recently served as the Chair of the Board for the Educational Collaborative for International Schools (ECIS). He is currently the founder of TKonnect Coaching and Consulting and coaches educational leaders

all over the world. TKonnect is currently working with schools or organizations in Kinshasa, Riyadh, Dubai, London, Boston, Atlanta, Munich, Bremen and Switzerland.

In addition to being a recipient of a Klingenstein Fellowship on Educational Leadership, he has been a speaker and presenter for TAISI (India), ECIS, AAIE and AGIS conferences. In addition to his responsibilities with TKonnect he has recently worked with the World Bank and the Educational Paradigm’s Learning Academy to

support the development of teaching and education in the country of Georgia.
