Mr. Eric Edidin
Mr. Edidin is the Executive Chairman of BH3 Management, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm. BH3 is the parent of BH3 Debt Opportunities funds, BH3 Growth Equity funds, BH3 Crixus Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: BHAC), and sponsor of a 7mm sq. ft historical real estate development pipeline.
Mr. Edidin also founded Three B Holdings, a private family investment company that is active with stakes in various public and private enterprises.
Mr. Edidin was Co-Founder and, from 2006 to 2019, Co-Managing Partner of Archer Capital Management, an institutional investment partnership that deployed in-excess of $10 billion in numerous blank check companies, commercial real estate loans and equity, REITs and operating company debt and equity.
From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Edidin was a Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of Credit Investments at York Capital Management $6bbn credit business. Mr. Edidin also previously held an investment related position at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and a restructuring advisory position at The Blackstone Group.
Throughout his career, Mr. Edidin has served as a board member and credit committee member of numerous public and private companies. Additionally, Mr. Edidin served as a trustee and member of the investment committee of the Jewish Communal Fund of New York, and is currently an investment committee member of the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles and a board member of the European Leadership Network (ELNET).
Mr. Edidin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and resides in Southeast Florida with his wife Yvette, and their three children Boaz, Ben and Bria.
