

Miles Spencer
Miles Spencer is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and mentor who has spent over three decades building, financing, and exiting ventures across digital media, entertainment, and consumer products. As the Founder and CEO of Reelay Media, he leads an innovative platform reshaping the way audiences engage with film and television.
Previously, Miles co-founded and scaled three digital media companies collectively creating over 1,100 jobs. He also served as a Venture Principal at Capital Express, where he spearheaded investments in early-stage technology ventures, including Register.com, and hosted MoneyHunt on PBS, a precursor to Shark Tank. Miles’ adventurous spirit has driven him to lead 1,500 people across 14 miles of open sea by kayak and trek 1,100 miles through the Middle East deserts—a journey that inspired his Amazon bestseller, A Line in the Sand.
Miles actively co-invests with other single-family offices, leveraging his hands-on leadership approach and expertise in growth strategy and exit optimization. He is a passionate advocate for leadership through adventure and creativity, exemplified by his pro-bono mentorship with the A Line in the Sand Foundation.
His biggest priority, however, is being a Dad- painting with his daughter, playing rugby with his son, and training for the Normandy Memorial with the Round Canopy Team.
