Komal Patel is the Founder and CEO of Vinayaka Hospitality, a premier hospitality management company that owns and operates a portfolio of hotels and commercial office buildings across the Midwest. Under her leadership, Vinayaka Hospitality has grown to include 11 full-service hotels, proudly representing renowned brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt. In addition, Komal has expanded the company’s scope to include commercial office properties, all of which are managed by Vinayaka Hospitality.

As a hands-on leader, Komal is deeply involved in all aspects of the business, providing strategic oversight and leading by example. Her leadership style is rooted in a commitment to collaboration, integrity, and excellence. She ensures the seamless integration of the company’s core management functions promoting unity and efficiency across all departments.  Komal is a focused strategic thinker skilled at  aligning resources and  making decisions that support a clear vision.  She takes  pride on building relationships understanding  the critical  importance of partnership, trust-building, and networking to bring those ideas to fruition.

While her professional success is notable, Komal takes the greatest pride in her roles as a mother, wife, aunt, sister, and friend.
