John Castellano is an aviation industry veteran of 20 years.  As Global Director, John’s goal is to develop the Empyrean Jet Card program and the Private Jet divisions of Air Charter Service, while mentoring a team of Jet Card Managers and Charter Executives.  Skilled at analytics, market research and partnership activation, John employs an efficient and expert consultancy approach to the luxury travel space. Prior to joining Air Charter Service and Empyrean, John helped revolutionize the fractional jet card industry with Marquis Jet and continued his career in the fractional space with NetJets.  Since joining ACS in 2021, John has transformed the Empyrean Jet Card program into the most flexible and reliable jet card product in the market. John grew up in New York City and graduated from the University of Delaware.
