Grace Webster is an experienced family office executive with a background spanning strategic wealth management, philanthropy, and public policy. As Family Office Director at Total Wine & More, she advises the co-owning families on governance, investment strategy, and charitable initiatives, helping to align financial stewardship with long-term personal and economic objectives. Before joining Total Wine, Grace spent 6 years at MIO Partners, McKinsey & Co.’s internal asset management firm. In this role she counseled Partners and alumni Partners globally on alternative investment strategies for their personal portfolios. Earlier in her career, Grace worked for Wells Fargo, Credit Suisse, and the U.S. House of Representatives. Grace has an MBA from Duke University and a BA with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
