Chaz has built a distinguished career in business, law, and real estate, marked by significant achievements and leadership roles. Arriving in America alone at the age of 14, Chaz quickly adapted to a new language and culture. His fluency in several languages and deep understanding of various cultures have enabled him to interact and work effectively with individuals from around the globe.

Chaz’s extensive business experience includes successfully growing several companies, which eventually led him to develop an interest in law. After graduating Cum Laude from John Marshall Law School, he combined his legal and business expertise to enter the world of commercial banking and complex real estate ventures.

In real estate, Chaz has overseen the ownership, development, leasing, and management of several million square feet of commercial properties, including shopping centers, office buildings, industrial sites, bulk residential, and mixed-use developments. He has successfully built national brand-anchored stores, managed large-scale renovations and construction projects, and negotiated leases with national tenants ranging from banks and supermarkets to national franchisees.

In the banking sector, Chaz rose through the ranks to become the top commercial lending producer at a billion-dollar institution, lending hundreds of millions of dollars. He also founded and served as President of a real estate title insurance company agency for the bank, overseeing thousands of real estate closings. Additionally, as President of the bank’s Community Development Corporation, Chaz utilized his skills in loan underwriting, real estate development, and general contracting to transform a boarded-up apartment complex into a thriving condominium community, earning the “Magnolia Award for Excellence in Housing Development” from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.

Currently, Chaz is the Chairman of Insignia, LLC, an Atlanta-based boutique real estate firm that handles underwriting, acquisition, development, management, and leasing of a large portfolio, including several mixed-use sites. He is also a principal at Elle Family Office, a Single-Family Office in Atlanta, where he continues to leverage his extensive expertise in business and real estate.
