Alicia “Ali” Hopper is a nationally recognized expert in human trafficking and the President of GUARD Against Trafficking, a nonprofit co-founded to combat exploitation through education, advocacy, and legislation. She authored Florida’s Anti-Grooming Bill and helped pass similar laws in multiple states. She has testified before the US Congress and Senate, trained law enforcement and policymakers, and interviewed human traffickers who have been incarcerated in the U.S. and abroad.
